Sometimes, outside validation is nice! I think sometimes as a bi person, it feels like being invisible to certain communities, so maybe I talk about it more than people really care to hear, but I like saying it! And when someone remembers/affirms my identity, it feels nice :)

Hey friends! It’s that time of year again! @spx is just a month away.
Are you a queer creator? Or does your work contain significant queer characters or themes? And will you be at SPX this year? Let us know!
Here’s how it works:
you submit a post, telling everyone:
your name.
your table number (or “walking around”, if you don’t have a table).
some information about your comics.
some pictures—everybody likes pictures.
I post your post, people reblog, because Tumblr.
I make a big map with everyone’s name on it.
people print out the map and bring it in to the show, honest to Pete, it really happens.
Alternately, I’ll be watching the hashtag #lgbtq-spx – so you can use that in your posts and I’ll reblog it. Or you can just message me with a link to your post and I’ll reblog it. I love me some reblogging. It’s what life is all about.
My review of THE BIG BOOK OF BISEXUAL TRIALS AND ERRORS by Elizabeth Beier is up on The Comics Journal today.
Always celebrate you 💖 💜 💙

Bi The Way -- Putting the "Bi" in Autobiographical Comics
I realised I was Bi in my mid-twenties... and now I'm making a comic about it! It's a good comic - funny, thoughtful, and enjoyable for folk of all genders and orientations. This campaign is to help cover the print costs, so I can get the book printed in the quantity and quality that it deserves. Please consider helping me out! You can get the book and all sorts of other good stuff as a reward. Thank you!
It looks really great
Also these stickers lololololololololol
I’m in, who else is with me? Make a pledge or help boost!

oh woah a personal comic and it’s not a sticky note?
little comic about coming out, which tbh is still embarrassing and new to me. I heard it was bi-awareness month? But I haven’t really heard anyone talk about it. It is still twenty bi-teen though.
