biamosburton replied to your post: I don’t like ASMR because I’ve got a bit of...
i also have misophonia and asmr unlocks a primal rage within me
LORD. Just the sound of people chewing makes me want to take a baseball bat to a car windshield I canNOT
@biamosburton oh yeah, it looks violent as hell. Guess I'll never know what kid-me would have thought of it but I know I'll love it
@biamosburton I didn't even know it was a thing until I looked up the trailer for the new adaptation and saw that there was a trailer for the older film and was like, "there's another one??!?! 😃😃" I've been deprived of a specific, unique childhood experience, I think
Thank you for answering my ask! I have another 🙇🏾♀️ I can see all of the siblings and how they were their associated stage of grief (Steven/Denial, Shirley/Anger, etc.) but for the life of me, I am struggling to see the ways that Theo was Bargaining. The rest of them were really obvious so maybe I just missed clues along the way but I finished my second rewatch and I still feel like Theo got Hufflepuffed. Thoughts??
First of all, I love that Mike Flanagan confirmed that each Crain kid represents the 5 stages of grief. Second, I understand where you’re coming from. The rest are really obvious and it does kinda feel like because bargaining is the only one left that that’s just where Theo goes. If any insightful followers out there want to give a good reason as to why Theo fits in with bargaining please let us know.
