[103119: It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover]
"I feel like everyone fakes who they really are, when deep down we're all equal amounts of screwed up. Some of us are just better at hiding it than others."
Either his high is setting in, or he's just very introspective. Either way, I'm okay with it. My favorite conversations are the ones with no real answers.
"I don't think being a little guarded is a negative thing," I say. "Naked truths aren't always pretty."

I am on my 6th day of stay in the province. Spent a lot treating them out lately and I'm short of money (Ugh). So I am staying home today to read this book my cousin offered me. I've heard of CoHo a long time ago, but this is my first time reading one. Also, their conversation in this part was really good. Reminds me of a friend. :)
Thinking about it, this year I've put myself in situations where I do not know my position twice. From May to August, I was dating (?) an old friend. We went out a lot. Went to places I've never been before, but I cut it out. A few days after I met Mark. And I became extra vulnerable to a stranger. Men, we talked a lot but only went out once. We even had morning calls (a thing I've never done before). But there's a lot of hesitations and I don't really know if I could keep this. I want him but I don't have plans of pursuing him. Part of me feels like I'm wasting a day just by waiting for his messages. Part of me is fine. Part of me is very thirsty of him. The biggest part tho, is very afraid I might fall for this.
