Top was 17 months ago. Middle was a year ago and the bottom was 2 weeks ago. There are no filters or adjustments made to these photos, the bottom lighting was from a Francesca's dressing room (very harsh). I haven't done any gimmicky get fit quick tricks, shakes, extreme diets, none of that. I have been in the gym 5-6 days a week for over 2 years and watched carefully what I put into my body. Through this time I have learned a lot, and at times felt discouraged, I thought I knew what I wanted and was actually hurting any progress I was making because of what I was lead to believe through myths or word of mouth. Thankfully I have met my guardian angel in @saraw8701 @sarasgymvids !! Since I have started working with her in February she has helped me make the necessary changes to my training and nutrition to get me on track toward my goals. I went from not finishing 4 or 5 meals a day to wanting 7 most days!! And saw changes in my body after being stuck for so long. We all know life is crazy busy and unpredictable, at times I was a student athlete, worked three jobs, and traveling all over didn't make it any easier... But I have found that it becomes habit the more you dedicate yourself to it. And when you do you not only feel better physically but mentally! When choosing a healthier lifestyle you are investing in you! In your future, in your health. It's more than a fad, it's a way of life that can be shared in so many ways to fit any lifestyle.
