Back and Biceps 16/4
Today's workout I managed to beat my Personal best Dead lift it was 130kgs now it is 140kgs I think I may been able to do more but I need to get used to lifting so heavy without a belt I don't understand what a belt does..
Warm up:
Dead lift and stretch light weight 2x10
Main workout:
Dead lift 5reps 3reps 1rep 1rep 1rep 1rep heavy to max
superset lateral pull downs and reverse grip close pull downs heavy 5x8+5x8
seated cable rows 5x8 heavy
preacher curls 5x8 heavy
Hammer curls medium weight 5x8
EZ bar curls 5x10 medium weight
Great workout for back and biceps
Chest is sore from Saturday so will do shoulders and abs tomorrow.
Also I am back at university and I am finding it hard to eat all the right things I need to try to get into a good routine to be able to do so.
