CHEST and ABS 22/4
Today's workout consisted of heavy weight very low reps went as heavy as I could going to start 5-3-1 program soon Warm up: Push ups 3 sets 20 Main workout: Incline barbell 5x8 heavy weight Flat dumbbell 8-8-6-4-4 heavy weight Incline fly 5x10 medium weight Machine fly 5x8 heavy Decline barbell 5x8 heavy Abs Twisting sit ups 5x30 iPhone app abs same as last post Abs we're sore from football day previous so took advantage to blast them some more :)
Leg workout 18/4
Haven't been on here a while only because I'm so busy with university got exams coming up so this is something I haven't been able to do. Warm up light sets squat and stretching Main workout: Squat weight progressive to 100kg reps 10-8-6-4 without spotter Lunges 5x8 heavy weight Leg press 5x8 heavy Calf raises 5x8 heavy Abs 8 exercises from iPhone app 30 reps each no rest: Foot to foot crunch Alternating crunches Push throughs 4 times abs (alternating leg raises) Arm reaching crunch Vertical leg crunches Cross over crunches V sits Overall legs worked so well on so few exercises it's Sunday and they still feel crap...
Back and Biceps 16/4
Today's workout I managed to beat my Personal best Dead lift it was 130kgs now it is 140kgs I think I may been able to do more but I need to get used to lifting so heavy without a belt I don't understand what a belt does..
Warm up:
Dead lift and stretch light weight 2x10
Main workout:
Dead lift 5reps 3reps 1rep 1rep 1rep 1rep heavy to max
superset lateral pull downs and reverse grip close pull downs heavy 5x8+5x8
seated cable rows 5x8 heavy
preacher curls 5x8 heavy
Hammer curls medium weight 5x8
EZ bar curls 5x10 medium weight
Great workout for back and biceps
Chest is sore from Saturday so will do shoulders and abs tomorrow.
Also I am back at university and I am finding it hard to eat all the right things I need to try to get into a good routine to be able to do so.

After today's chest workout got a nice pump and I used to be sooo skinny :O
Heavy chest workout 14/4
Everything I do today will be heavy may do shoulders to I should really.
Warm up:
Push ups and lighter weight incline barbell
Main Workout:
Incline Barbell 5x6-8 Heavy
Flat bench dumbbells 5 sets 10-10-8-8-6 reps heavy getting heavier
Flat fly heavy (I need to be careful on this) 5x6-8
Decline barbell 5x6-8 heavy
dips body weight 5x10-12
Machine fly heavy 5x6-8
Shoulders
Arnold press 5x8-12 medium weight
military press 5x8-12 medium weight
Lateral raises 5x8-12 medium weight
and thats it if i can get it all done it means gym was empty if not well i fail!
If I saw someone at the gym like that I don't think I would be able to workout...
My personal Diet
I am Meant to have on a normal day without working out (from myfitnesspro.com)
I have to have 3000 calories with 112g protein 411g carbohydrates and 100g fats
Because I'm crap at eating and I'm very picky I will eat:
pasta, rice, bagels, bread, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, carrots, green beans, peas, broccoli, onion, banana, apple, protein shake.
There is probably more things and will make a bigger list when I can I need to start liking fish but I don't right now also I will be Drinking at least 3 litres of water as well which should help loads.
Food Tracking
I have started to use an App on iphone called myfitnesspro.com and it basically can track everything for you without having to write down all nutrients and calories because it does it for you!
I never realised until now I didn't eat enough this is going to help me out loads now.

Legs and abs 12/4
Earliest gym session i have done in my life!!
Warm up: light weight on each exercise
Main workout:
Squats 6x8 getting progressively heavier
Hamstring curls 5x8 medium weight would have done heavy but got injured legs.
Leg press 5x10 heavy weight
machine Calf raises Heavy weight
Abs:
Ball Crunches 3x til failure
Situps 3x til failure
oblique twists 3x til failure
Got home fell asleep need to sleep more!
Back and Biceps 11/4
My back and biceps workout went well today arms got really pumped by the end.
Warm up:
Machine rows and back extensions light weight
Main workout:
Machine rows 3x8 heavy weight
Back extensions 3x8 heavy weight getting heavier by the sets
Superset Lat Pull downs (wide grip) 3x10 and underhand close grip pull downs 3x8
Machine Preacher curls 4x8 heavy weight then 1x20 light burn set
Hammer curls 5x8 Medium weight good form
EZ bar curls 3x8 Mdium weight
Overall could have done deadlifts and other Barbell back exercises, I will start with them next back session. Tomorrow Morning Legs and abs!
