Good day! I only wanted to say thank you for creating such wonderful AU and even making an ask, so people could enteract with them and feel connected with characters. I do appreciate the fact that you use the formal language (it is so good!). The style you write is so amazing and well written! I am, honestly, studying in philology and you inspired me to study the languages even more! However, I want to ask: where did you learn to use such style? (My apologies for this asit's not related to AU).

Hi there! I’m glad you like the AU and the format of the story! I’m also happy that you think I write well–it’s something I’m self-conscious about. 

I’m not sure if I understand the question, but I learned to write the way Kara and Choro do because I unfortunately used to want to be an academic. Like many baby academics, I tried my best to use the same type of unnecessarily elevated language that I saw my peers and professors using… It’s generally not a useful skill to have, but I guess it helps me write dialogue for the archetypes of “reserved, stuffy archivist who relies too much on preset email responses” and “overly-metaphorical English prof with a propensity for oversharing.”

im still mad/frustrated we never got a jedtavius kiss in the night at the museum trilogy. like, we get larry kissing the fucking monkey at the end of natm3 but the cowboy and the roman general who are pretty much canon boyfriends? nooooo, never. god dammit. my childhood will never be fulfilled to a certain degree.
