THE MILL NIGHTCLUB - By BigBoiOli

This is inspired by the mill bar/concert venue in Life Is Strange: Before the Storm. The lot doesn’t have to go into a specific world slot, but it looks better in a more rural area. This could easily be turned into a restaurant if desired! Feel free to use this for whatever, but I’d appreciate it if you tagged me :)

“On the outside it appears to be an abandoned mill, but on the inside it goes full nightclub! The Mill Nightclub is an edgy hangout spot for Sims to grab a drink and dance. It includes remnants of a train track in front, and a pond in the back left. Inside is a bar, stage, green room, 4 unisex bathrooms, a tv dining area, workshop room, garage, and a storage loft.”

This is my first build I’m actually proud of, so I figured I’d show it off! This bar is a restaurant lot and is meant to go on the waterside lot in San Myshuno. I modeled it off of a bar in Houston called The Dogwood. Feel free to use this for whatever, but I’d appreciate it if you tagged me :)
