Here’s a little #TransformationTuesday for ya! I can’t get over the changes I’m finally seeing 😁 life has been a little unfair to me this past week, so it’s nice knowing I’m in control of one thing... my health 💪🏼 last night when I was feeling extra down, I thought about how the old me would self-medicate with food. I did it! I hit my first 5️⃣0️⃣! Chickpea Greek salad for lunches this week! You guys this is so good 😩🙌🏼 • 2 red and 2 orange peppers 🌶, 2 large seedless cucumbers 🥒, 4 cans of chickpeas drained and rinsed, Kalimantan olives, 2 packages of cherry tomatoes 🍅, and a container of reduced fat feta cheese 🧀 • the dressing is oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar • the smell of this salad reminds me of dinners with my family growing up. No dinner was complete without a Greek salad!

Hell yes! You read that right! I lost 12… 1️⃣2️⃣ lbs in June! How?! I’m not entirely sure 😂 all I know is that I’ve started dipping into my weeklies on the weekends and I relaxed a bit when it comes to Weight Watchers as a whole. I definitely think that eating M O R E is something my body needed. And I can’t stress enough how important it is to drink enough water! 💦 I finally feel like I found my groove and I hope I can stay with it in July! 📆
