This is @sarahkscoular, one of favorite students and a yoga sister. She keeps practicing no matter how hard life gets. She uses her practice to manage her life and, honestly, is a better yogi than I am. She learned how to manage her health with yoga and is into some Big Stretches. On Thursday night we stretch big. We show up for Zoom Yoga warmed up and ready to dive deep. Regardless of how you do it; whether you want to stretch big, get really quiet, turn upside down to strengthen, Thursday’s are about going big. Here’s what I know. However you want to go big, you will never ever regret it.
