who’s the cuddler: Toudoooooou. Makishima is like. Sometimes they're a cuddler. Like there's a 50/50 chance that when Toudou goes diving into Maki-chan's arms, he'll either get pushed away or casually accepted into a cuddly embrace.
who makes the bed: It's probably whoever wakes up last, but I think that in general Toudou is more mindful of keeping the bed neat, though Makishima has no qualms with making the bed whenever he thinks to.
who wakes up first: They wake up at around the same time to go on morning bike rides together.
who has the weird taste in music: I'm at the point where I'm just kind of disregarding the actual question here and telling you music taste hcs but. Toudou's into pop music but also like. Really old music. like really old. Makishima's tastes are strictly in the now and probably are mostly rock and pop and some English music.
who is more protective: I think Toudou's brand of protectiveness is more flashy, so he might seem more protective, but they're about equally protective. That said, I think both of them are of the "Well, they can handle themselves so I'll just step in if it seems like they really need the help" types.
who sings in the shower: Both, but Toudou sings loud and proud.
who cries during movies: Toudou cries a river and complains about how the movie is making their beautiful face get puffy. Makishima only tears up a little.
who spends the most while out shopping: They're both big but controlled spenders. They invest in a lot of hair care products between the two of them. I feel like Toudou is a bit more of a budget maker tho, but only by a bit.
who kisses more roughly: Maki-chan. Toudou likes to play at being a delicate flower and Makishima likes to call his bluff.
who is more dominant: Well Toudou's certainly got the more forceful personality, but is also a bit happier to be pampered. Makishima is actually pretty down to be the one guiding their exchanges.
my rating of the ship from 1-10: 8. It's great!!! But just not top-tier.

who’s the cuddler: Aoyagi shouts in their head that they REALLY WANNA CUDDLE and Teshima is like “Hey Aoyagi get over here I kinda wanna cuddle??” Alternately Teshima wants to cuddle but whoops wow Aoyagi was cuddling them the whole time wow they’re so in-sync.
who makes the bed: Teshima probably. Idk Teshima prolly lets Aoyagi get first shower and just makes the bed+starts breakfast as a way to pass time until the shower’s free, at which point Aoyagi takes over making breakfast.
who wakes up first: It’s about 50/50, but I think Aoyagi is slightly more likely to sleep in.
who has the weird taste in music: WEIRD IS SUCH A RELATIVE TERM. Teshima’s canon into j-pop (though I don’t imagine that’s really considered weird by anyone???) I think and I’ll add that he’s prolly really into visual kei bands and stuff too. Aoyagi’s into ambient and like, indie folk rock and also prolly screamo.
who is more protective: hhhhh I mean they’d prolly go to great lengths to protect each other, but mostly I think that rather than one being protected by the other, they would face whatever danger as a single united front?
who sings in the shower: Teshimaaaaaaaaaa.
who cries during movies: Neither of them are Big Cryers, but they both sniffle their way through sad pet movies and like dab at each other’s tears with tissues it’s v cute.
who spends the most while out shopping: Aoyagi but it’s ok bc Teshima has budgeted for any excess spending Aoyagi might want to do (it’s never much anyway).
who kisses more roughly: Not really sure I’d apply roughness to their relationship much but I feel like Aoyagi might be more the one who puts intense feelings into action, where Teshima tends to voice them more.
who is more dominant: Again, not exactly a dynamic I see in their relationship, but it’s more like Teshima has A Plan and they are equal partners in executing The Plan?? So it’s more like Teshima takes the lead and Aoyagi willingly follows.

But yea I'm a fan of Manami/Onoda mostly, very edgy I know.
Also class president (does she have a name yet)? Possibly in a sort of one-sided way on her part but Manami would probably be a great S/O to her and I imagine it'd be quite cute! I'm all about childhood friend ships ;w;
I don't know that I have any other Manami ships that I'm super serious about, but I remember finding Manami/Onoda/Midousuji fun purely because yay climbers and also because you've got these two little climbing angels and then a lizard royal which is just. It's fun. and also one of the climbing angels is kinda Really Intense in unexpected ways which is just. It's fun it's fun it's fuuuuun.
I'm generally open to Manami with any of the Hakogaku kids too.
Also slopes. Definitely ship Manami with all sorts of elevated ground and picnics in the mountains.
Ok but Arakita/Shinkai AU where Arakita falls hard for the man in the Bepsi ads only to discover that they've been in the same university class for half a semester now and Arakita just never noticed Shinkai because 1) he sits way in the back of the lecture hall and 2) Without the makeup+styling he looks just different enough to be not immediately recognizable
