with your hot consumables post, i cannot fucking trust bicolanos when it comes to how spicy something is, this is coming from a bicolano. Ill be given fishball with some spicy sauce and be told "warang sili ini" and then i burn my tongue
I have this constant feeling whenever I'm with Bicolanos. Whenever I thought I already measured their "Bicolano spice level perception", they give me another spicy food that was spicier than the last and say "Eto hindi masyadong maanghang". Like, ambot nimo, bai.
