He has some differences from normal Steve such as:

Its limbs are a little darker blue (like his arms and legs).

Her hat is black with pink/purple.

He has the wound from Ford's gun that he got during the weirdmagedon, but he hides it with his shirt.

Its eye is always small, as well as a darker shade of blue.

It's simply Bill's conscience tormenting him to push away everyone who loves him...

I plan to make it better a type of AU(?) idk, I am enjoying developing it beyond a simple One-short 🕴️
