Bonny Bungalow ~ EAxis Bin House Makeover: now with 5B/4B/garage, attic, basement

My Maxis Makeover #66 ~ Bin House Bonny Bungalow (check out the other 65 remodels in my MTS profile) - now with 5B/4B/garage, attic, no-slope basement, on a 1-click foundation. Fully furnished. ONLY 1 CC.

The five bedrooms include three Master Suites - one set up for the 'parents', one set up for the 'grandparents', and one set up for an older teen/college-aged.

Please scroll through all the pictures at MTS to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. Telephones are located in the kitchen, and basement hallway. The front door is burglar alarmed. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. There is parking for two vehicles: one on the driveway, and one in the garage. This is technically a "No CC" build. But, 1-click Foundations must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow everyone up on the lowered foundation to get inside. Thank you, HugeLunatic for these stairs!

#22 Support Local Products And Cut Down On Your Addiction To Branded Goods. Take a stroll through any of the capital's shopping malls and the temptation to be seduced by the glossy call of international brands is high. It's good to know that we're now able to afford such high-maintenance lifestyles, but it's a shame that we seem to be forgetting locally made products. Local brands such as Ikat Indonesia and Bin House have shown that they can mix it up with the best of them and their affordable yet high quality creations are well worth splashing out a few hard-earned rupiah on.

#23 Stop Asking For More. The endless labor demonstrations that have been hitting the streets of late are proving to be a source of annoyance for many. When it comes to issues of salary, many Jakartans seem to feel underappreciated and underpaid. Here's a tip: stop whining and instead consider yourself to be an asset to the company that you work for. Learn as much as you can on the job and fulfil your responsibilities diligently. At the end of the day, if the higher-ups don't recognize your hard work, then it's their loss, because you've gathered enough know-how to serve your next employers or your own business well.

#24 Burning Rubbish Should Be A No-No. Waste-burning, along with exhaust fumes from the city's heaving gridlocks and unregualted factory pollution, reduce the quality of the air we breathe significantly, and the city's pollution often propels it to the top of global shame lists.
