The Binary Planet Earth...

“Sherman set the way back machine to the Antediluvian Era”. To a World much different than we currently occupy. Before the Oceans of Mars fell upon the Earth being the source and cause of Noah's Flood. To a Earth of smaller proportions. In the time prior to Noah, Our World was half of a binary planet system. The other half a Young World that following its destruction became Our Moon. Yes the Moon was a world in its own right, at one time.

This Lessor World was a younger smaller proto world. It was still Learning to support complex Life. Our Earth was given the privilege of having a Sister World. Any parent knows or has observed children learn best from their siblings. Calling them Twins would be convenient, yet as with most conveniences a misnomer and inaccurate. The Earth was the Elder and further progressed. The Earth through Her progression was of particular uniqueness and blessed in the doing. The Lessor World was much much younger, She had only recently progressed to support “higher” life forms. Even us Humans, though it did require us to participate in making it more habitable. Our dwellings and cities were enclosed under immense ceilings of glass (when glass is produced in near zero G with no atmosphere it is as strong as steel, in case you were wondering). We colonized Our Lessor World early and first in Our Expansion and Celestial Colonization. 

Yet the “Sons of Darkness” had designs of their own upon the Sister Worlds. So dark entities with guile gained an Embassy, of sorts upon the Lessor World. Soon their intentions were laid bare and a Galactic Inter-dimensional War Erupted. Colonies were wiped out. Others were completely cut off. Those within Our Solar System were utterly destroyed till only the Sister Worlds were all that remained. These entities built the facilities to rip a trans-dimensional gate, portal or wormhole, should you prefer, at and from the location of their “Embassy”. For these invading beings the process of becoming “acclimated” took time. Our Ancestors realizing that the War was about to become much more difficult made a radical decision. With more than the Sister Worlds at stake, they would destroy the foothold of these demons. To accomplish the deed required that the Lessor World be sacrificed for the “greater good”.  So Our Ancestors incinerated the Lessor World. Not using “nukes”, rather with a overwhelming “plasma” discharge. It was sufficient to vitrify the entire surface of the Lessor World. The vitrified surface was subsequently shattered by a battering of asteroids including ejecta from the Battles still being fought upon the Senior World, Our Earth. The shattered glass acts like a mirror. Thus the surface of the now Moon became highly reflective to light Our night skies.
