I'm losing my mind over the BLW release date trailer!!

The Narrator sounds an awful lot like Guffie and the boardgame is so “unfinished Dungeons & Ink Demons” and the implications this is an escaped toon playing this I just love it so much!! 💕 And theMeatly confirmed all the old audio logs are still there, wahoo!! My favorite ones didn't get cut like I was worried they would!!

Anyways, theory: Riley and Guffie are editing the Ink World by telling/to tell us Boris' story. Also, Riley made the game board (similar look to D&ID, just much messier/hastier), Guffie made the game pieces (different art style from D&ID/BINR).

I so hope the Narrator and this workshop place'll be in the game too and not just the trailer by the way, it could be like all those fairytale movies where you cut back to the person telling the story during certain moments ROFL it'd be adorable… Fricking Princess Bride-esque…! 😋😍

Also… well, I'll be darned… Anyone else notice that this more rushed handwriting & drawing style on the trailer game board looks awfully… familiar…? 👀

+Speaking of The Princess Bride, I'm like 20x as convinced that Wilson & Riley would definitely be instant besties, now. Friggin' platonic soulmates.

a very out there and kinda jokey wish of mine for how nightmare run's revival could be promoted in a way that is both silly and not nearly as admittedly forgettable as a simple promo twitter once it actually starts coming closer to a full release is to just. give the antagonists social media accounts (or one account they all unanimously own and use with every passing day counting down before release lolol)

it could be a nice way to make them feel more alive and like. actual goddamn characters + a way to flesh out their dynamic with each other and also could just be really fun to keep up with from the perspective of a fan or even an outsider :D

they dont even really have to stop after binr comes out, they can like. idk livetweet their untimely destruction in real time LMAO

the reason i say its out there is because it requires a shit ton of effort and is honestly a kinda stupid idea, especially considering if its like. separate accounts for everyone, which would require a billion new emails to be created for all of them just for what is essentially a glorified semi-canon social media au
