@Regrann from @bulldoghavennw - ALUMNI UPDATE: Henry!! 😃 Many of our followers will remember Henry’s journey with #BulldogHavenNW . Born with a rare #birthdefect called #hypospadias, Henry came into our care in #August of last year just before his #firstbirthday. Lacking confidence and easily frightened, Henry needed extensive surgery to correct his issues to ensure a long and happy life. Fortunately the wonderful folks at #VCAVeterinarySpecialtyCenterofSeattle in #Lynnwood took excellent care of him and completed successful surgery in late #September. #Henry enjoyed a #peaceful #rehabilitation under the direction of his #fosterMom (who maintains that Henry was one of her sweetest fosters ever), before joining his forever family in #Astoria, #Oregon in early #December. His family checked in recently with an update and a photo of Henry and his #fursister, which we are all too happy to share. "Henry is just amazing. Still has a few scares but is adapting so well. #Lilly our other dog loves him and they've become best friends. We couldn't be happier. We love our Henry!" It sure appears that Henry ended up exactly where he belonged, in the loving hands (and paws) of a very caring and supportive family.
