Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizzas are a delightful twist on traditional pizzas. These mini pizzas feature tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese, all atop flaky biscuit crusts. They're perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun appetizer for parties.
Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough. 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup Alfredo sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Separate biscuit dough into individual rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press each biscuit round into a flat disc, forming a mini pizza crust. In a small bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over each biscuit crust. Divide seasoned chicken evenly among the biscuit crusts, spreading it over the Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Top each pizza with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
