The list of things I’d give up for the environment before I’d willingly give up paper towels in public restrooms is LONG. I hate hate hate the hand dryers. I hate the public restroom air coming down hard on my skin— my skin who then makes strange, rubbery ripples over the bones and whatever else is inside a hand. I hate it, and I will leave with wet hands every time. I’ll shake the water off my hands like a damn dog and then wipe them on whichever article of clothing is least likely to show the water. I hate it. I HATE it.
