"- community outreach -" personally? i'd say colbert. find a generationally similar woman to portray mrs. bunker. have their living at home son drop out of the young republicans before joining the national guard only to return to the house from a honeymoon with his newlywed. he can disagree with the family patriarch about everything, every show. funny by default when anyone can understand that our political non-profits aren't currently anything but detrimental to the economy and may even be significantly contributing to the devaluation of the dollar.
