❝ there’s a brief pause ,  just a moment of hesitation as the outdated android    considers the options. logically speaking , she was correct. had it not been   for his curiousity there wouldn’t be a situation like this.   in fact , bad as it is   this actually gives a small opening   —   just a tiny window of opportunity if    they play the cards right.  there’s silence to remain while he listens intently   for approaching footsteps. none , yet.  his plan is faulty , much like himself.   maybe the other android will have a better plan.        she does seem to be   more capable than he is ,        especially with all the errors in his software.

   so he turns around , flinching the tiniest bit at the sound his replaced foot   makes.     guilt washes over the old model and in a moment of weakness    he looks through a window.     big mistake ; the flaring lights only brought    more warnings to flare up in his vision as temporary blindness overcomes   him.      his tone is hushed , quick as if he’s in a panic and yet there is an    evident lack of emotions.   maybe this wasn’t a way to remedy the chaos    he has brought upon the unfortunate android   who had to find herself in   a wild goose chase she might  or might not have taken part in otherwise.

   maybe this was just him , finally giving up.     what a way to do it , too ;    pathetically trying to make himself look good      while someone else got   roped into the situation  A N D  most likely had to clean up the mess left   behind if his so called ‘ plan ’ failed.                                truly astounding.

she didn’t trust him & though the mistrust was rightfully placed — it was enough to strike a nerve in the rk700 unit. he knew that before --- waking up? yes, waking up, he had lead to the arrest & deactivation of many deviants. though he had never pulled the trigger himself, he had been the first to put the gun in someone else’s hands... that was what he had been programmed to do. that was what he had done... & she knew that. she wouldn’t hesitate to ppint it out. so he liked to contradict her; they would go back & forth with whatever petty thing they could. basil had no intention of stopping any time soon.

he crosses his arms over his chest, green eyes unwavering. he knew that if the situations were reversed, he would have likely already started on a rant that would last for at least forty-five minutes… but they were not & now he stood, a whopping four inches taller than the other deviant --- & he intended to hold every single one of them over her head, “ i guess sometimes those jokes do fall a little… short. “

My Opinion on;

Character in general: So I’m gonna be the first to say I haven’t really PLAYED Detroit: Become Human! I plan on watching the full playthrough when I get some free time again but from what I understand it’s AMAZING! Unfortunately this means I don’t have much frame of reference on North herself but from what I gather she seems like a really interesting character and I definitely look forward to seeing more of her once I DO watch the playthrough :D!How they play them: As I said before I’m not extremely familiar with the game as I’ve not played it myself HOWEVER I do really enjoy seeing you on my dash! North comes off pretty scrappy which I think is a really wonderful trait that not enough characters have! I love that sort of fighter mentality of being ready to put’em whenever and against whoever and I think it speaks volumes about her as a character! I do really enjoy the way you write as well so I think it adds to her as a character as well! I look forward to seeing more of you on my dash! The Mun: We haven’t really spoken but you seem hella nice! I hope we can chat soon :D plus I really your style of writing so that’s pretty cool too :)

     clearly josh didn’t get along well with north as much as he did with others, but he had to admit that there wasn’t anyone like her. she had the finesse, but not only that but the skills to get jobs done, and done right. 

     when she had her mind set on something nothing could stand in her way. 

     and for that there was an admiration from josh. 

     as he watched her cleaning her clothes there was silence that roamed through the both of them before josh cleared his throat.
