@sicktress My contribution to the BJDeditorial challenge this month: resin imitates art. This is Rapture and I knew what I wanted to do the instant I saw the challenge. I wanted to do The Dancer by Degas. It's my mom's favorite sculpture and we would go visit her while she was at the met. Now, Rapture is not a ballerina, nor is he 14, he's a stripper and a nephilim so doesn't show his age properly at all. He is, however, also one of the sweetest characters I have. From his soft features to his delicate lilting voice that's tinged ever so slightly with his Louisiana accent. I hope that you like him. His outfit was all hand stitched, what little there is of it. I may still add a couple crystals to the silver bits but I'm generally pleased with how it came out. Side note: he can not stand in that position worth beans. He's very solid and very well engineered, but the second you try to turn his feet out, nope, so that's as close as I got to how her legs were positioned. I'm sorry for the quality of the pictures. I've been super tired.
