I know America has problems with it's justice system which makes me feel like I shouldn't be speaking on another countries system until ours is fixed, but I'm feeling some kinda way about South Korea ruling on Black Nut's case. Like he literally did absolutely physically nothing and has to be on probation and do community service, while people like Seungri are out here roaming free without a care in the world. How the fuck is that fair? Maybe it's because Black Nut's a underground rapper and not a idol rapper? I don't know. All I know is that this shit just doesn't sit right in my spirit.

Also, what he wrote was literally not even a big deal. This is why South Korean rap music will always be considered as a fucking joke to majority of Americans because if someone diss someone else in a song, instead of dissing them back, y'all fill lawsuits. That's not hip hop.

Rapper Black Nut Is Formally Indicted For Defamation Against KittiB

Rapper Black Nut has been formally indicted for defamation against KittiB.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office indicted Black Nut of defamation following an investigation on December 14 of last year.

Black Nut released the song “Too Real” last April that contained inappropriate lyrics explicitly referring to female rapper KittiB.
