Making jelly tonight. #blackberrypreserves to be specific. Some of our fresh ones went bad (because I took too long to do this) so we had to dip into our frozen ones too. I was hoping to catch one of the lids making it “boing” sound as it sprang down, but I missed them. I lost my old recipe for this so I had to consult the Internet and the recipe I found needed WAY too much sugar, so I think this batch may be too sweet.
