Okay so a recent conversation made me rethink about the dialogue during the gerson fight and how each chapter of his series covering a part of the prophecy. i realised that most chapters he describe end up having some kind of twist or second meaning to them.
I think the dragon here refers to Susie, which through her friendship with lancer, chose to improve as a person and join the good side. I expect that the "dragon" in both lord of the hammer and dragon blazers has a typical story arc, joining the heroes after being befriended.
Chapter 2 plays further into the telephone effect, by describing the rollercoasters and Queen' s car as "chariot" But "Save the queen" is also interesting, as you could argue that it both refers to Noelle and Queen herself as showing her the error of her ways does result in her being "saved"
sle of northlight also seems to be a double meaning as the game second board take place on an island but i also argued in the past that the tv world itself is, in a way, an island as it stands above a sea of darkness. The lost land can both be man country and kris childhood.
chapter 4 has a pretty cheeky one, as the weapon gerson gives Susie is not the axe, which is confirm to be mundane, but the confidence and will she needed to stand up to fate. he himself refers to it as "the white pen of hope" Makes me wonder if the weapon in his book is a similar case.
Chapter 5 is the last one described and a rather interesting one as its the only chapter we havent played yet. The common idea is that what is described is Asgore going the deep end because he finds out about Toriel dating Sans... ...but that alone seems a bit too straigh forward for Gerson...
Similarly, Toby tend to keep us on our toes. I dont think hed let us go into chapter 5, already knowing how everything is gonna go. So yeah, id be expecting for there to be some kind of twist to the story. The asgore plot probably will still happen, but maybe he wont be the only one?
Okay, thinking about it a bit more, maybe there going to be a subplot where Noelle joins the fun gang for an extended period and one member starts to feel left out and resentful? I could see it both happening to Kris or Ralsei (Not susie through, Noelle would be cozying up to her all the time)
alternatively noelle is the one who gets jealous as she has to fight with kris and ralsei for Susie attention. but ill say the ralsei one still feels the best to me as nobody is really acting wrong and it feels like an interesting direction for his character arc to take him.
TLDR: i predict a very jealous Ralsei that will stir trouble in the fun game during chapter 5 because he's feeling inadequate compared to Noelle.
