Tiny Navajo Writes: Top Ten Books I Love but Never Reviewed
Hi guys! It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday! TTT was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
I’ve only been blogging and reviewing books for about 5 years…I think, I started on Tumblr, reviewing there and I’m not really sure…

Hello hello my friends! I’m getting back into the swing of things and that includes going back to Top Ten Tuesday. TTT was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s theme is top ten books that give off summer vibes, and it’s honestly hard to think of things like summer when I’ve lost two months of time to shelter-in-place orders, so I still think it’s somewhere in April right now. But! My top ten summer vibes are as follows:
Orange: The Complete Collection, Vol. 1 by Ichigo Takano
Food Wars, Vol. 3 by Yuto Tsukuda
The Rithmatist by Brandon Sanderson
As the Crow Flies by Melanie Gillman
Circe by Madeline Miller
Blackbringer by Laini Taylor
Taproot by Keezy Young
Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon
Blackbringer by Laini Taylor
Page by Paige by Laura Lee Gulledge
Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan
These are the top ten books that I’ve read that give me that hint of summer, either in the cover art or the synopsis, or just in feelings I remember having as I was reading that particular book. I have read all of these books on this list and reviewed most of them. I trying to make sure that if I highlight a book on this blog that I have a review to go along with it. But if I don’t, then that may be a sign that I need to reread that particular book and see if I feel the same as I did when I first read it.
What books give you a summer vibe? What about them makes you think of summer? Comment below and let me know!
