Return to Auberon

Since I took my gaming PC off the Internet, it’s become more of an effort to publish any pics, therefore… not much happening on this blog for a while. I have been playing though. I still haven’t got a single world that I have been playing for a couple of years straight, I tend to start over my favourites and try to get them “right”. Getting there, getting there…

This is Auberon, where I went back to an earlier save, which means that Pauline Scarabaldi just is about to deliver her first child for the third time. She’s probably ready to strangle me… She and her husband Joe live half a block away from the hospital, so apparently Joe interprets _taking her there_ as him running there, looking determined, with her following, laboriously walking like a duck (and now ready to strangle Joe as well). When she gets there, he’s waiting and contemplating his terrible back pain that he got learning to rock climb at the Fall Festival. Aww… poor thing! The pain, the pain - is nothing to what your wife is experiencing, you plonker! Same thing on the way back: Joe runs ahead, Pauline follows with their newborn son, yet again named Zebulon, because that’s the name the game gave him years ago, when I was playing these sims for the first time. Well, after that Pauline decided she needed to treat herself to a night out on town, so she went the following evening, and party animal Joe got to stay home with the baby. See that simmie shimmie.
