Anyone else going through perimenopause that can commiserate? I feel like this stage of life isn't talked about enough, especially when it comes early. I'm 40 and have been having symptoms the past couple of years. I had my period young so it makes sense I'd go through peri sooner.
I've been having worse mood swings the past couple of months, more exhaustion and fatigue, and the past few nights terrible sleep. Today I had a new symptom--a tension headache ALL DAY. Hooray.
I'm already on progestin only birth control. But I feel like I need something else. Or at least I hope there is something else I can take. This is getting unbearable. I honestly hope I just don't wake up one day. I'm also AuDHD with bipolar, so any emotions I feel are entirely worse than typical anyway. I think that's why this part of my life is so rough right now.
Any advice?
