Our hosts sent us to his favorite Paella place near by. It was incredible. We forgot to take the pictures before we started eating because we were so hungry. Also the multigrain crusty bread was the best bread I have ever had in my life. When I tasted the sauce with the clams it had a very distinct memory flavor. It drove me nuts all night trying to place where I had tasted this before. It was such a strong connection. Mark suggested maybe when I lived in Southern France in high school. Possible.
