Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1 onion, diced.
Instructions: Together with black pepper, brown sugar, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce, mix them in a bowl. Mix the chicken dices into the sauce, cover, and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Cook the chicken until it is browned and fully cooked. Stir-fry the diced onion and bell pepper until the vegetables are soft. Enjoy while hot!
