God’s name is maligned and blasphemed in the culture around us, and it seems that Christians have increasingly absorbed the world’s understanding of a God who is fun, who exists for our benefit, and who can be the butt of endless jokes.

Tim Challies
1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; Put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: For henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: Loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
3 For thus saith the Lord, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; And ye shall be redeemed without money.
4 For thus saith the Lord God, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; And the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the Lord, That my people is taken away for nought? They that rule over them make them to howl, saith the Lord; And my name continually every day is blasphemed.
6 Therefore my people shall know my name: Therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.
7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; That bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; That saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; With the voice together shall they sing: For they shall see eye to eye, When the Lord shall bring again Zion.
9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: For the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
10 The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; And all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; Go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the Lord.
12 For eye shall not go out with haste, Nor go by flight: For the Lord will go before you; And the God of Israel will be your reward. — Isaiah 52:1-12 | The Cambridge Paragraph Bible of the Authorized English Version (CAMB) The Cambridge Paragraph Bible of the Authorized English Version, by Scrivener, Frederick Henry Ambrose, 1813-1891. A massive earthquake, such as has never been seen. Rev 16:18 – 21
In our last look at Revelation 16, we saw a demon horde gathering all the rulers and their armies to a place with the Hebrew name Armageddon. I pointed out how this term Armageddon is only found one time, in one place, and that is here in Revelation 16:16, it is however a common term when you look up the term Jezreel valley and Meggido. Virtually every biblical battle has been fought in this…

Aged Women and The Young Women
God prescribes the lessons of the aged women to the young women that the word of God be no blaspheme. Failure of the church? Failure of the family? Violation of Titus 2.

Covid-19, Crisis or a Crossroads – When Defiance Becomes a Delusion
Covid-19, Crisis or a Crossroads – When Defiance Becomes a Delusion
Like blind men stumbling around in the dark, daily we hear more about the great efforts to beat back the Covid-19 pandemic. While President Trump sends a hospital ship to New York and the Javits Center field hospital opens up for treating patients – endlessly vociferous Gov. Cuomo, keeps sending people to nursing homes – to die.
State governors are violating every part of the constitution they…

Pastor Chris said it is "SPIRITUAL DULLNESS" for any Christian to think that the events in world today are just ordinary. The governor of New York Andrew Cuomo just blasphemed:: He said "WE BROUGHT CORONA VIRUS NUMBERS DOWN NOT GOD" . . . This is a major wake up call to everyone that thought these guys didn't have any agenda . . . Even the young boy in the video knew better . . #watch #blasphemed (at Blasphemy) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-_594AA6gn/?igshid=h50ru5i9b4zw
