Would Toriel also have a big scary monster form in that scenario. If so, maybe she’d look like Falcor from Neverending story. But like, scary
Big and fluffy with a scary aspect to it for sure. Toriel and Asgore are clearly not all goat, and I’ve fallen for the chimera head canon. I like to image her body being like a lioness, fangs like a dragon, and more horns on the side of her head that curl. She also grows a goat beard and her usual horns grow larger. I had a drawing of her in another post being more Bear like but I’m now leaning toward her not having a bear shape. Oh, and instead of a blast of magic she breaths a blast of fire.
A bit of art I did for an AU I thought up last year then chickened out on sharing. Basicly, in this Gaster Blaster AU variant, the skelebros follow more werewolf rules. They can still change by choice, and they are more in control if they do, along with full moon changes. But anger and fear, in excess, can result in changes in which they have no control and are violent. And, more importantly to this AU, they can spread it by biting someone. Long story short, Sans bit Toriel during a violent change before short cutting away to finish the change where he couldn’t hurt her more. Next full moon... she’s changing forms. I’ll explain more under the cut. (Along with some sketches)
I think I would name it WereBlaster AU, but I hadn’t settled on a name yet, nor did I look to see if that name was taken.
Toriel is pretty much a chimera. Goat, lion, possibly bear? So I never fully settled on a design. Maybe because she is a mix, which changing at will she can control how much of each aspect is represented?
More lion:
More bear:
(And yeah, she breaths fire instead of a “blast”)
After hurting Toriel, Sans avoids her, not wanting to hurt her again. She tries hard to get him to talk to her about it, but he won’t. He just sees the bandage on his best friend (whohewantedtobemorethanfriendswithbuthejustruinedthat) and refuses. At that time he is completely unaware he could infect others, the brothers never bit anyone before. (At least no one they remembered~) The next full moon night comes and Toriel feels weird. That’s when she notices the bits of horn growing on the side of her head. In a panic she calls Sans... who feels even worse...
Oh, what did he do to her? The guilt hurt so much, but he can’t leave her to struggle through this alone. So, Sans starts helping her learn how to control her changes to make up the best he can for what he did. Toriel doesn’t blame him. He told her to leave him before the bite had happened, he warned her. She just could leave this skeleton she had grown attached to to suffer alone. And now she fully understands the life he lives. In a way... she actually enjoys it, and helps Sans find peace with his own transformation.
