Why do the bugs make their hosts kill people?

Would that not make people suspicious and also limit the amount of hosts they can infect?

Why doesn't the hivemind wait until a later stage when it can better evaluate threats before it starts killing?

The killing isn't the purpose, but a side-effect. The hosts are terrified and enraged. They're being pumped full of excess adrenaline and their higher thinking has been shut off. Killing may not be the purpose, but it's going to happen.

I think silver would enjoy the Kirby games.

I think his favourite would be Dreamland 3 because it looks cute (I don't know what he would think about the final boss (also don't look up the final boss if you don't like gore)).

NEVER played kirby (crowd throws rotten food) so im 100 trusting your judgment on this. If kirby is anything like i think it is i think theyd be a good games for him to play, though looking at that boss i fear maybe i musjudged kirby

The brain bugs may not be able to infect robots but would they use them as transport? Most machines require maintenance which is often done by humans, and even if she can't think that far ahead yet she could instinctually get on moving objects (such as robots) to increase her chances of finding new hosts.

Oh absolutely. Robots and vehicles are a great way for the parasites to spread out.
