I was sent a review copy by O’Brien publishing and I am so happy they sent this. It is a fabulous way for kids to learn about some amazing women in Irish History. Women who were told no and did what they needed and wanted to do anyway regardless of the consequences. In a day and age like today it’s important for boys and girls to understand how and why it is they have the freedom to do so much. From the worlds of sport and aviation to the worlds of acting, science and the arts. These women truly did blaze a trail that all Irish men and women should be proud of.
