Byakuya is many things, but for a " law enforcer," he ain't no snitch. He didn't say one word to anyone about hollow ichigo for the whole series, which is fucking hilarious. He watched a 15 year old do "The Mask" routine and kept that shit to himself. Now, would it have helped Ichigo friends and comrades understand his turmoil and confusion about his powers? Yes. But is it also a sign of a real ass bitch. Absolutely.
