CLONE OR 8?

Crazy theory hear me out what if what ever is happening killed 8 and this new 8 is a clone, or 8 is suffering trauma from their lost memories and the clones are just 8 shedding inconsistencies in her memory........or maybe 8 got infected by a brain coral parasite and it's slowly consuming her mind and this dlc is 8 body and mind fighting back with aid from the inner versions of off the hook

Are we doing takes? Um, dumb take (about myself) I just realized because of the sheets that coral is Bleached Coral specifically which means it used to be pink (or other colors) but its symbiotic algae is gone so it maybe could survive but it's not in a good place, healthwise likely starving. So symbolically it's not healthy because a piece of it is gone. And that was really cool to realize even if I feel dumb for not realizing it sooner! I thought I caught everything with the eyes but then bam new cool symbolism that i noticed and wanted to point out and give credit for. (which i assume is intentional because you can tell you put a lot of effort into details of the comic. Sorry your fanbase is going through it's su critical phase rn)
