Is Angel Dust supposed to be a cross dresser? He hardly looks the part plus the merch doesn't depict him that much. You want to know which characters I can think of who done that flawlessly? Bugs Bunny, Jax and Mettaton had cross dressed a lot more than Angel Dust combined. I even seen fan depictions of Titanosaurus in the Godzilla fandom as a cross dresser (based from @quazies Godzilla animations portrayal of Titanosaurus, who is male, Space Godzilla mistook him for a female kaiju but doesn't mind it after learning that he's actually male lol).

I also know Damien from the Monster Prom franchise is a drag queen! How can Vivziepop fail at making cross dressing characters? Hideri Kanzaki from Blend S is also a cross dresser and he looks like a girl at first glance, I assumed that he was a girl just like other characters until the anime made it known that he's a dude. A few bonus characters who cross dressed are Team Rocket and Mulan, kudos for portraying women cross dressing as men in media, there's need to be more of that honestly.
