Changing My Name to Eleazar
“He rose and struck down the Philistines until his hand was weary, and his hand clung to the sword. And the LORD brought about a great victory that day, and the men returned after him only to strip the slain.”- 2 Samuel 23:10
Eleazar went to battle with a bunch of men, and they retreated. And he went in swinging anyway, and God showed up.
How cool is that? Our God is moving, whether you retreat or not. Don’t retreat. Keep swinging. You’re weary? Cling to the sword. God’s gonna show up!
