Corn & peas, yes from a can, no salt added. Look, I can't cook & I am hungry as f! I've already ate 4 bananas, didn't have time for a smoothie. If you are getting your nutritional information from an individual whom isn't vegan/plant based, you seriously need to reconsider their credibility as a source for information regarding the subject. The advantage of plant-based nutrition is so substantially to your advantage, you need to ask, "why you want me to fail, coach?" Or "why you holding me back coach?" Any advantage you have been led to believe you receive from a butchered animal, there are easily 5, directly negative to your health, additional elements you've consumed in the process of obtaining that one "positive" nutrient/protein/whatever.
