since i guess i'm already blindspot posting (blindsposting if you will) i have to say the way some characters are written in the show and whether the writers like them or not is very puzzling to me and when i say characters i mean roman. i can't quite tell if the writers like roman or not bc the actual narrative has gone to extreme lengths to establish all the very understandable reasons he acts the way he does and showing in no uncertain terms how the way the crew has treated him led to him feeling betrayed and alone and reasonably concluding no one has his back nor best interests in mind, but then in dialogue every other character acts like he's just a crazy psycho murderer who's just inherently evil and is fucking with them for evil fucked up reasons and no one ever like, refutes them? they're just allowed to say and believe that and are never forced to face the fact that they're wrong and brought this on themselves? like
