This Blog: An Update
I've really enjoyed writing on this blog and I am really glad a lot of other people also enjoy the content I create; thank you all for 50 followers! I started using this blog as an outlet of ideas I had after Blizzconline in February, and recently I have had a harder time coming up with really good ideas. Along with playing Overwatch, I do a lot of reading, so I am going to start a blog about reading.
I will still post on this blog, but I will also be talking about reading on my new blog. I have several ideas for this blog in the works including a mini theory about Wildebeest, a theory about the Kanezaka Fox Girl, a theory about Junkrat's treasure, I will go over the OWL matches once they start up again, and after Game Director Aaron Keller's update in a few days, I will go over all of that.
For my new blog, I am going to be posting about Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus/Trials of Apollo, The Grishaverse books(and show once I watch it), Agatha Christie, and a couple other of my favorite book series. Overwatch 2 Maps: Berlin

Like I mentioned on my post about Future Character Challenges, I wanted to post about maps that they developers didn’t actually add to the game. So, this post, like the name suggest, is about Berlin, Germany. A couple years ago, I actually lived Frankfurt, Germany, so when I was looking through the Overwatch Wiki I got really excited about having Berlin as a map. So, I’m going to talk about the real world place and about what it would be like as an Overwatch 2 map.
Real World Berlin: Berlin, Germany is the capital and largest city in Germany is located by the River Spree. It has a multimillion population. One of the most known things about Berlin is that it was divided into East and West Berlin due to the Cold War. The Berlin Wall was taken down in November, 1989. It is a city that is mainly flat, but has woods in some parts.
Berlin in Overwatch: On the Overwatch Wiki, Berlin is listed as being an Attack/Defend map which I am assuming is 2CP. We know that 2CP is probably not going to be in Overwatch 2, so I would say that, if it was added it would be Hybrid or Control. We know that it will be an urban environment and it will be overgrown, based off of one concept art image. Then, the wiki states that Berlin was on the highest alert level during the Omnic Crisis.
Anyways, I’m going to make a post about a possible future character and I’ll finally post my Overwatch/OW2 Theories Masterlist.
TLDR: Berlin, Germany was a cut map from Overwatch. If it is going to be added to Overwatch 2, it will be an overgrown urban/city area and probably hybrid or control.

Overwatch Recalled: Junkrat and Roadhog
Just to let anyone reading this know, I’ve been pretty busy in the past few days, so this is going to be a shorter post than I want it to be. Sorry! ~ Nova
Junkrat, Jamison Fawkes, and Roadhog, Mako Rutledge, are Overwatch’s dynamics duo. They’re kind of their own group, not being aligned with Overwatch, Talon, Null Sector, or any other large military like groups. They’re thieves, murderers, and arsonist who have traveled from Sydney to Kings Row. They were kicked out of Junkertown and both have bad relationships with the Junker Queen, so I doubt they’ll be let back in. That brings up the question, will Junkrat and Roadhog join any groups or keep doing whatever they want?
I don’t think they will join ANY of these groups. Let me explain.
Overwatch: I think that only way that they would join Overwatch is if they get saved by Overwatch and have to work with them to pay them back, which I like the idea of because I want D.Va, Lucio, and Junkrat interactions, but it probably won’t happen. Overwatch is like a bunch of superheroes while Junkrat and Roadhog are like the comic relief supervillain duo.
Talon: Out of the three groups, I’m going to talk about, I think Talon is the most likely they would join. The problem is, if they were in Talon, they wouldn’t be able to any big robberies. Based off of the stuff we’ve seen before, Junkrat and Roadhog like to make a show out of what they do, so I feel like they wouldn’t like it (Junkrat in particular). They might do some trades with Talon, like jewels for money etc. but I don’t think that they would be willing to join Talon.
Null Sector: BIG NO!!!! Even though they are extremely violent, they’re Omnics which Roadhog and Junkrat hate, we know this because of some of their voice lines. One of Junkrat’s kill quotes, if he kill a Bastion, Orisa, or Zenyatta, is, “Oooo… back to the scrapheap.”
Sticking Together: This is what I think is going to happen, all of the reasons for them joining the other groups have counters, while having them sticking together really doesn’t. I think that it would also be great to see them try to get into Junkertown again and get us all a Junkrat, Roadhog, Wrecking Ball, and Junker Queen scene. It would be funny and an awesome way to introduce Junker Queen into the Overwatch 2 hero roster, but that’s a post for another day.
Anyways, I think the next post I’ll make is about what skins I want in the 2021 Archives event or a post about an idea I came up with thanks to a post by @mulberrybambi about Maximillian.
TLDR: I don’t think Junkrat and Roadhog will join any of the large groups. I’ll rank least to most likely groups that the Junkers will join: Null Sector, Overwatch, Talon, sticking together, but I do think they will meet up with Wrecking Ball eventually.
