Today was the final day of our "England: Jurassic Coast and Cornish Tin Mines" trip. The tour ended in Bath where people can visit the Roman Baths (Britain's best geothermal feature and a World Heritage Site) tomorrow at their leisure. Before reaching Bath we visited #cheddargorge and #goughcave Pic1 is Diamond Chamber at the end of Gough Cave. Pic2 shows a replica of the #cheddarman in exactly the place he was found. At 9,300 years old he is Britain's oldest complete modern human. Pic3 shows #cheddarcheese maturing in the cave. Cheddar Cheese of course originates in Cheddar. Pic4 is of #blockfaults taken earlier in the day a #kilve Pics5-8 are also all Kilve with Pic8 being of worm burrows of the Blue Lias #jurassic seafloor.
