めったに咲かない巨大な死体花=corpse flower(ショクダイオオコンニャク)が、3年ぶりにバンクーバーの小さな温室植物園 @bloedel_conservatory で開花すると言うので見に行ってきたヨ！開花すると強烈な腐臭がするらしいんだけどまだ咲いてなかった〜。 私たちが行った５時間後(夜9時)から開いたそうだ。ぐやじい…😭 そして1〜2日で閉じてクタっと萎れてしまうらしい。 写真３＆4枚目は模型。 We went to see a very rare, giant corpse flower at Bloedel Conservatory on Wednesday but it was not blooming yet. Actually it started blooming 5 hours after we left there! 😭 There seems to be a bad smell in the conservatory now!
