Today is the 26th of July of the year 2021 and the birth of this blog, after more than one year when the the Covid-19-pandemic was first declared a worldwide pandemic on March 11, in 2020.
Since then, we all experienced the pandemic in different ways. Some from their home, some with their day-to-day life barely changing. We’ve all witnessed different situations, different emotions. Sometimes they seemed more than out of the ordinary, other times they felt mundane.
Living with these new conditions for over a year, many have gotten used to the new normal. But when we want to preserve memories, we naturally push it away as much as we can.
This blog aims to preserve an international memory of the pandemic, one year after it started and will collect snapshots of things that happen currently. We’re gladly taking all your stories, thoughts, poems, rants or more, no matter how great or mundane, how sad or happy they are.
If you want to send something in, feel free to anonymously state your origin country, gender and or age, but these are all optional.
We won’t accept entries featuring racist language, tinhat theories or covid denial.
