My first week on daily green smoothies. This was RD ordered based on some blood analytics from insidetracker.
I've had an incredible increase in energy and strength since implementing the suggestions.
My client Natalie and I sampled different recipes. Our favorites were:
1/2 avacado, 1.5 cup kale, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup oj, 1 cup almond milk 2
1.5 cups kale ,1/2 cup peaches, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cooked carrots, 1 cup blueberries, 1.5 cup OJ, 1/2cup almond milk
1.5 cup Spinach, 1/2 cup cranberries, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup oj, 1 cup almond milk
I'm so looking forward to trying new combinations and my next bloodwork!
