If you have come all this way to say such a compliment then it must mean something.
Now, you say you wish to stay here yes? Well, you must build a protective den for yourself. These waters are not much kind to smaller forms. Or those who make their presence too far known.
I will not send anything your way for I do not possess much of that power. Many beings here do no harm to me and rather rely on me. Except for the ones in the dusty waters, they are utter bullies.
Lastly, why would I ever desire “dumb stuff”? Shouldn’t that be most undesirable?

SCP-Echo:Most of who live in the depths. Though a few remain here. However, I doubt it is allowed to see them. Your highers seem to love my captivity.
Dr. [REDACTED]:It’s for everyone’s safety Echo. You’ve come off as unpredictable in some cases. My “highers” don’t exactly trust you, and they are quite upset with some of the damage you’ve caused.
SCP-Echo:*irritated mumbling*

Dr. [REDACTED]:You can start by ceasing to be so hostile to others. Including your threats, and your attacks.
SCP-Echo:Even if they upset me?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Even if they upset you.
SCP-Echo:What if they attack first?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Then they must of had a good reason too.
SCP-Echo:And if it is not a good reason?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Echo, our team knows very well when to shoot and when not to. If they shoot it would be because in some way you seemed a threat or provoked them.
SCP-Echo:...fair...
Dr. [REDACTED]:So will you please just stay docile from now on?
SCP Echo:Yes, [REDACTED].
Dr. [REDACTED]:Good. Now as we conclude this, do you have any requests? Though, as I said before, because of your recent activity it’s unlikely they’d be played out.
SCP-Echo:I have one request, but I will only ask for it once your trust is gained.
Dr. [REDACTED]:SCP-Echo I doubt that is possible. I do not plan for these exchanges to go anything beyond work.
SCP-Echo:I’ll win you over somehow [REDACTED].
