@bloomingempress cooked something yummy! (x)
“A-Ah, it’s nothing really, I-I mean wh-what I did, not your cooking...y-your cooking is looking good, yeah good!”
Why was Momotaro’s cheeks turning a bit flush? He gently shakes his head, trying to remove that sense of warmness.
“A-Anyways! I will enjoy this, th-thank you...thank you very much.”
He digs into the dish with the provided spoon, “Itadakimas...!”

“Not to be rude or anything, Okumura-san... But why did you call me here if you don’t mind me asking?”

“Oh no, please don’t cry, Tenji-san! If you do that, then I might cry too!”
Tenji looked down at the wet splat of soft serve ice cream between his feet and shook his head sadly.
“B-but...”

Akechi took a sip of his coffee while listening to the other’s plan out their next move in taking Sae-san’s Palace. It was almost funny how the fake detective sat with the thieves as if he belonged there, knowing all too well this was all going according to his plan. Akechi would smile and nod along with the others when a question came up, and it wasn’t until a waitress came by asking if anyone would like to order something else. While trying not to draw too much attention to himself the detective smiled, brushing his hair back.
“I’ll have a couple vanilla scones please.” he said softly and not a couple of minutes later she had brought them out. Akechi glanced around the table and noticed the Okumura girl glancing his direction. Akechi smiled and pushed the plate towards her.
“Would you like to share? I’m afraid I wont be able to eat all of them.”

Wanna run away together?
It was merely a question that Ren had proposed to Haru in complete jest after one of her rants about her situation, but the way she had giggled suggested that she didn’t hate that idea if only it were possible. Ren couldn’t say he blamed her; with all the shady business that was going on with Okumura Foods, and the engagement she wanted so badly to escape from... Anyone would want to run away from it all. Maybe they couldn’t necessarily abandon all responsibility and head for the hills, but Ren still wanted to do something for her. Perhaps Haru couldn’t truly run away from it all, but a nice outing a ways away from Shibuya seemed to at least do them some good. Apparently, Haru hadn’t been to Kichijoji very often, and since there was a lot to do within the city, there was plenty to get Haru’s mind off of external stress. Takakura and Sugimura who? Names like those didn’t matter today. In fact, for at least a few hours, they could even pretend that they just didn’t even exist.
Haru wanted to see it all among the simple lives of local business owners that pursued their own passions. At the moment, their current stop was the shop right besides Penguin Sniper that was full of various crystals, minerals, and stones. Stoneon, it was called? At any rate, they were nice to look at. Perhaps they’d do Haru some good for relieving stress.
“What do you think, Haru? They say these crystals have the power to heal. So, if I set some on either side of my bed... I wonder if my chakras will get re-aligned by the morning or something.”

Play nice with the sponsor’s child. Her mother’s tone had been almost demeaning this time, leaving Hifumi feeling overdressed and humiliated as her mother and Okumura left to talk...whatever her mother’s goals were.
Honestly. It wasn’t as if Okumura’s brand lined up with shogi very well. Most likely, nothing would come of this save for an awkward evening alone with the man’s daughter.
“...it’s nice to meet you.” She offered after a few more sullen, quiet moments.

“Say no more! We can hurry over to Big Bang Burger! You can have whatever you’d like, my treat! You need energy.”
Oh man, Big Bang Burger sounded good right about now.
“Pineapple... cheese... burger....” Futaba croaked, groaning dramatically and throwing her head back. She was about to continue when her stomach let out a growl loud enough to be mistaken for a tiger. Surprised, she clutched her middle and straightened up, blinking owlishly across at Haru. “That’s my hangry belly monster. His name is Pancho. Better hurry before he escapes!”
