Hmm probably because I have some pretty stringent boundaries with how I conduct my relationships, and I’m not necessarily afraid to exercise those boundaries when things go too far, especially in places where I have some level of authority (like specific Discord servers).
Weak-willed people who are used to getting their way by virtue of being annoying will take any hard boundary as an attack on their person.
Also, I’m not a rehab for the poorly socialized. I know myself to know I don’t have that kind of patience in me. So I keep my circles small. Exclusion can sting.
I’m always happy to be acquaintances and friendly with people! And I like to think I have a lot of friends! I also just value my peace. I think all of this together makes me seem like a bully.
