Blue Goblin has an Atlantean vibe, which is a nice idea.  I also think it’s very clever that this one has a wide, floppy catfish mouth.  It looks aquatic without actually being super watery or fishy.  But in contrast to the Red Goblin’s devilish grin, this :| face is effectively fishlike.
