Blue is here for another update! I have been discharged 🥳 But SO2 hasn't 😞 So I'm camping in their hospital room at the moment. Not ideal, but we do what we have to do. At least SO2 is doing so much better - pretty much conquered the initial health problem, but now the doctors are trying to figure out another sneaky one. We can't really go home until that's sorted out, and as no one seems to know what's going on, I'm totally in the dark as to when that will be. But I've been planning streams and getting antsy over finishing novels. It will probably still take some time once we're home, but I'm desperately looking forward to this hiatus ending and resuming our streams and stories together. I hope so much you're all well, and thank you so so soooo much for your thoughts and support all this time 💙💙💙

Helloooo 💙 So sorry for the radio silence. Still in hospital here - Small One 2 (SO2) had to be delivered early last week due to health issues. Blue is mostly better now, but SO2 has some complications on top of being premature. SO2 is recovering quite well now, though things have been and still are quite stressful. But we just have to keep dealing with each problem as they occur, and eventually we'll both be able to go home. I hope so much all of you are well and happy and doing all the things you love most. I'll check in now and then and definitely let you know when streaming adventures can begin again 📚✨💙

So... Blue is still in hospital. It appears hiatus has indeed been thrust upon us early. This was not the plan, and I'm so sorry we didn't get to stream together for as long as I'd hoped. If I'm able to work on and upload any videos - short audiobooks or otherwise - between now and when we can start streaming regularly again, I'll do my best. A few random guerilla streams may even be possible, though my attention may be fully occupied for a while 😅

As for exactly when streaming can begin regularly again, I'm so sorry, I can't put a date on it. Blue may have to evolve as we go, try new things and figure out what works best in balancing family, writing, and Vtubing. It will be a challenge, but we'll get there 💙

And please, if you've written or would like to write a #MacGuffinsUwrite story inspired by our most recent brainstorming session, please do!! Share them in our community discord (there's links in the descriptions of the most recent streams), and a story-reading stream will be one of the first on our agenda when we return ~

Okay, okay, I changed my mind... we're not creating Blue's animal companion next stream. I figure that'll be better if/when I can get my hands on a functioning drawing tablet. Not that I'll be dazzling you with my art skills, but at least we'd have some more fun with it.

INSTEAD it's storytime! Let's savor some folktale/fairytale/myth/legend/old-stories-in-general cozy vibes at the library ~

Reading streams with be on the rise as THE TIME approaches... and once THE TIME has passed and I am adjusting 😅 I hope so much you don't mind and that you enjoy these streams. I'm not quite game to call them ASMR, but if that's what you get out of them, Blue is not going to complain ~

#MacGuffinsUwrite time! Ready to read some stories about beauty literally stealing your breath away? I can't wait to see how creative you've all been! If you've written anything inspired by our brainstorming stream - or anything else you'd like to share - and I haven't come across it, please point me towards it during the stream! I've found two stories so far ~ I haven't read through them yet though, so I'll be experiencing them for the first time along with you. I know it's the first stream back after a break, so I should be more on top of things - I'd meant to fully pull together my own shortie story for the stream, too - but unfortunately it's been a bit of a rough week 😓 Looking forward to see you all!
